ABOUT THE ROLE
Eplanet Soft is looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with solid expertise in Google Ads, paid search, campaign strategy, conversion optimization, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing budgets, improving lead quality, reducing acquisition costs, and delivering measurable business growth.
This role requires someone who understands not only how to run Google Ads campaigns, but also how to connect campaign performance with leads, conversions, revenue, and overall business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, Shopping, and remarketing campaigns where applicable.
Conduct detailed keyword research and build high-intent campaign structures.
Create and optimize ad groups, ad copy, assets, extensions, audiences,



and bidding strategies.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue.
Manage monthly advertising budgets efficiently across campaigns and accounts.
Perform search term analysis and negative keyword optimization.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify paid advertising opportunities.
Improve Quality Score, CTR, conversion rate, and landing-page performance.
Develop audience strategies using remarketing, customer lists, in-market audiences, and custom segments.
Build and optimize Performance Max campaigns based on business goals and conversion data.
Monitor campaign pacing and ensure budgets are utilized effectively.
Test different ad copy, offers, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
