About National Chemical Works
National Chemical Works (NCW) is a manufacturer of polymer compounds and masterbatches serving a wide range of industrial applications.
We are currently expanding our business across both domestic and international markets and are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to build new business from the ground up.
This is a current-business-focused role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships, converting prospects into customers, and building a sustainable sales pipeline for NCW.

The role will involve business development across a broad range of polymer products, including:
PVC Compounds
PVC Masterbatches
LDPE Masterbatches
PP Masterbatches
TPR Compounds
TPE Compounds
Other polymer compounds and masterbatches developed for specific customer applications




The applications and industries are diverse and may include footwear, wire & cable, automotive, plastics, injection moulding, profiles, packaging, consumer products and other polymer-processing industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new domestic and international customers from the ground up.
Identify and approach manufacturers, distributors, importers, traders and other potential customers.
Generate new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, exhibitions and direct market development.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently identify new opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and identify the appropriate NCW products and grades for their applications.
Coordinate with the technical and production teams for product development, samples, trials and customer-specific requirements.
