Role Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals with 2-3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles who are eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Selected candidates will undergo a 3-4 month structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program to gain in-depth exposure to our business operations, processes, performance management, and operational frameworks before independently managing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage day-to-day business and operational activities
Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
Prepare MIS reports and analyze business data
Track KPIs and provide regular performance updates
Assist in process improvement, SOP creation,



and workflow documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
Support onboarding, training, task allocation, and operational follow-ups
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
Work on business projects and provide data-driven insights
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion

Eligibility Criteria

Full-time MBA is mandatory
MBA specialization in Operations, Finance, Analytics, Business Management, or related fields
2-3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles is mandatory
Freshers are not eligible for this position
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in NOAM/EMEA shift timings
