Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role based in Kanpur. The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory handling, stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched. The role involves interacting with customers and dealer partners,



addressing product inquiries, and supporting sales activities within the store. The Store Executive will maintain store hygiene and display standards, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and stock availability, and assist in implementing promotional activities. The position requires adherence to company policies, basic reporting on store performance, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with experience in front-line interaction and support.
Background in retail operations and store management, preferably in paints, building materials, or FMCG.
Sales skills with the ability to support upselling, cross-selling, and achievement of store targets.
Effective communication abilities for explicit interaction with customers, dealer partners, and internal teams.
