Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for leading and growing the firm’s client base and revenue. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and overseeing business development initiatives in BBMP documentation services. The Sales Director will lead and mentor the sales team, set performance goals,



and ensure effective sales operations and reporting. Day-to-day activities involve meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their compliance and documentation needs, presenting tailored service offerings, and maintaining strong long-term relationships. The role also requires close collaboration with consulting and operations teams to ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and sustained business growth.
Qualifications
Solid skills in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in Business Development, including identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing complex service deals.
Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
