Skills Required

SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) configuration & customization
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience
End-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process knowledge
Experience in pricing, billing, shipping, and sales order processing
Integration knowledge with MM (Material Management) and FI (Finance) modules
Experience in handling support, incidents, and change requests
Robust knowledge of IDocs, EDI, and interfaces
Ability to write functional specifications for developments
Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD
Business requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
Debugging knowledge (basic ABAP understanding)
Experience with SAP Fiori apps in SD
Experience in global rollouts or implementation projects
Knowledge of SD-related reporting and analytics
Leadership or team handling experience
Exposure to other modules like CRM or TM
Certification in SAP SD
Strong documentation and process mapping skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
