Barista — Three O’Clock

We’re looking for a passionate Barista to join the team at Three O’Clock.

Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee drinks.
- Ensure consistency in extraction, milk texturing, and presentation.
- Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders.
- Handle opening and closing duties.
- Provide friendly, professional guest service.
- Maintain coffee and menu knowledge.
- Work efficiently during busy periods.
- Support inventory and reduce waste.
- Uphold Three O’Clock’s service standards.

Requirements
- Barista experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced team.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
- Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
