We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher & Designer who combines product research and design R&D; with hands-on delivery. In this role you will own competitive benchmarking for the Hexamatics product suite — systematically evaluating our interfaces against leading enterprise platforms — and translate what you find into evidence-based research reports, prioritised enhancement proposals, and explicit design direction that senior stakeholders can act on. You will produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma, and take approved designs through to clean, responsive HTML and CSS that Angular engineering teams can implement directly. You are expected to work fluently with AI-assisted design and research tooling (Claude, Figma MCP, and comparable assistants) to compress discovery, exploration, and handoff cycles without lowering the quality bar. Beyond individual contribution, you will mentor junior team members, act as a trusted thought partner to Product Management and Engineering, and be a credible voice for user-centred, accessible,



multi-device design at the senior stakeholder level. This role demands someone who is analytically sharp, design-literate, technically capable, and highly collaborative — a practitioner who sets the quality bar and brings others along with them.

Product R&D;, Benchmarking & Competitive Analysis
