We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Are you someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing projects, and working closely with multiple teams to bring current beauty & personal care products to life?
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and act as the key link between our clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with Packaging, R&D;, Production/Factory, Quality and other cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
Manage new product development projects from initial client requirement through development and production.
Understand client requirements, timelines, product specifications and commercial expectations.
Coordinate packaging development, samples, product trials, revisions and approvals.
Follow up on project milestones and ensure timely execution.




Handle Key Account Management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for new products, repeat business and account growth.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
Resolve project-related issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain project documentation, timelines and client feedback.
