Job Type: Full time (Work from Office) Job Overview We are looking for a result-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads, increase engagement and improve overall campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, create and manage Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns Conduct audience research and targeting based on demographics, interests and behavior Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversions and ROI Perform A/B testing to identify the best-performing ads,



creatives and audiences Coordinate with the design and marketing team for ad creatives and campaign strategy Track campaign performance and prepare daily / weekly reports and insights Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively Ensure ads are aligned with the overall marketing goals and lead generation objectives
Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting and ad optimization Basic knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation campaigns Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms Understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools Salary As per company standards (based on experience) How to Apply Interested candidates can call or WhatsApp at (phone hidden) for further discussion.
