Assistant Manager – Marketing
Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Masters in Marketing/Business/Communications, and someone from the same industry is preferable.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and accountable Assistant Marketing Manager to join GoodEnough Energy, a leading BESS manufacturer in India with a 7 GWh manufacturing facility. The role will focus on marketing strategy, B2B lead generation, brand building, digital campaigns, market research, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, creative, and execution skills with a good understanding of B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Drive digital & offline marketing — social media, content, events, exhibitions, product launches, industry meets, etc.
• Identify target markets, customers, competitors and trends through market research.
• Generate and nurture leads through campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets and other channels.
• Develop engaging content,



creatives and marketing collateral based on product and customer needs.
• Use AI tools, analytics platforms and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI, and optimise accordingly.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Design and Business teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, channels and ideas and take them from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of overall/generalist marketing — B2B or B2C.
• Proven ability to handle online + offline marketing independently.
• Strong campaign, lead generation and event management skills.
