About

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive with experience in generating B2B leads for international markets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling, ICP identification, prospect research, and appointment setting. The primary responsibility will be to identify relevant prospects, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and generate qualified meetings for the business development team.

Experience in handling opportunities beyond meeting booking, such as discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures, will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Research companies, decision-makers, and prospects based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).




Identify relevant decision-makers such as founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and business leaders.
Conduct cold calls and outbound conversations to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualify prospects based on business requirements, company profile, budget, decision-making authority, and other relevant criteria.
Convert qualified prospects into booked meetings for the business development team.
Maintain accurate lead information and update activities in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects to improve response and meeting conversion rates.
Track outreach activity, lead quality, response rates, and meeting-booking performance.
Collaborate with the business development team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
