What will you do?
Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Support the team in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Review resumes and profiles to identify candidates who match the requirements of open positions.
Assist in conducting initial candidate interactions and screenings to understand their experience, interests, and suitability for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers,



ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and other HR documentation.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of interview and recruitment-related documentation.
Support the HR team with onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities when required.
Learn and contribute to improving recruitment processes and day-to-day HR operations.

What you will need?
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
A strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably with candidates and team members.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
