? What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective learners and understand their career goals
- Counsel students on suitable MBA, Master's & Doctorate programs
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process
- Achieve individual enrollment and revenue targets
? What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid counseling and convincing abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Experience in education sales / EdTech / inside sales is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
