Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stock Analyst role based in Malappuram. The Stock Analyst will monitor, analyze, and manage inventory levels for medicines, consumables, and medical supplies used in the hospital. Daily tasks include tracking stock movements, updating inventory records, preparing stock reports, and identifying discrepancies or potential shortages. The role involves coordinating with purchasing, pharmacy, and clinical teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and prevent overstock or stockouts.



The Stock Analyst will also support budgeting and cost-control efforts related to inventory, ensure compliance with hospital procedures, and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Stock Management to effectively oversee inventory levels, stock rotation, and replenishment.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret stock data, support budgeting decisions, and optimize cost efficiency.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and procurement teams and to report stock-related insights clearly.
Prior experience in inventory or stock management in a hospital or healthcare setting is beneficial.
Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems and basic MS Office skills is preferred.
Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, finance, business administration, or a related field
