Roles & Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Intern, you will:

* Post job openings daily across qualified platforms and social media.
* Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates.




* Recruit and onboard Fundraising Interns.
* Coordinate with interns throughout the recruitment process.
* Send official emails and communicate organizational updates.
* Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
* Ensure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
