Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Manager role based in Kota. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and mentor a team of real estate agents, and drive property listings, showings, and closings. The role includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to grow the client base and achieve revenue goals. The Sales Manager will handle client consultations, support negotiations, maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers,



and ensure that all transactions follow legal and company guidelines. The position also involves coordinating marketing activities, keeping up-to-date with local market trends, and collaborating with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with practical knowledge of local market dynamics.
Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with relevant real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
