Job Description
Position : Business Development Executive – Joint Venture & Redevelopment
Location: Chennai
Industry: Real Estate – Joint Venture (JV) & Redevelopment
Reporting To: Managing Director- Rams Real Estate
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate and convert enquiries from prospective property owners.
Meet property owners at their residences or project sites.
Explain Rams Real Estate's redevelopment and Joint Venture offerings.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Build long-term relationships with owners throughout the redevelopment journey.
Follow up consistently to improve conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective owners.
Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience at every interaction.
Address customer queries promptly and coordinate internal support where required.




Maintain regular communication until agreement execution.

Planning & Execution
Plan daily customer meetings and site visits efficiently.
Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and prospects.
Track every stage of customer engagement.
Ensure timely closure of agreed action items.
Coordinate documentation requirements with internal teams.

Internal Coordination
Work closely with the Managing Director on priority projects.
Coordinate with the Design Team for concept plans and customer presentations.
Liaise with Legal, Projects, and CRM teams whenever required.
Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.

Reporting
Maintain CRM records accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
Track enquiry status, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
Highlight risks, delays, and customer concerns proactively.
