ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and dynamic senior professional with experience in HRMS and also in statutory and mobility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge in legal and statutory matters
Preparation of HR-related letters, forms, and employee documentation (Immigration related, postal related)
Handling of immigration / FRRO / labour authority inspections
Knowledge/Coordination of India govt relation approvals/process, Preparation of labour-related schedules and documentation
Vendor management
Employee data management




Coordination and follow-up with stakeholders and departments
Maintain high-quality and timely coordination of workflows
Management of employee relocations
Perfect Excel knowledge
Power BI
Positive in Negotiation Skills
Act as the primary HR contact for employees during the mobility process and resolve issues related to travel, immigration, accommodation and benefits
Manage domestic and international employee mobility cases end-to-end.
Coordinate business visits, assignments, transfers, relocations, and repatriations.
Handle visa, work permit, and immigration documentation in coordination with vendors and authorities.
