Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Used Car Loan Sales Manager based in Rajasthan, India. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities for used car loans through dealers, direct customers, and referral networks. The Used Car Loan Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, customer profiling, documentation support, and coordination with internal credit and operations teams for loan processing.



Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with automobile dealers and partners, conducting market visits, and providing accurate product information and guidance to customers. The role also requires monitoring portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development in financial services, preferably in auto loans or consumer lending.
Robust relationship management and negotiation skills to work effectively with dealers, partners, and customers.
Solid understanding of loan products, basic credit assessment, and documentation processes.
Ability to meet targets, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records and reports.
