Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Cold Calling Executive. The role involves identifying and contacting potential business clients, conducting high-volume outbound calls, and presenting VixelBiz’s lead generation and personal branding services in a clear, professional manner. The B2B Cold Calling Executive will qualify leads, gather key information, schedule sales meetings or demos for the sales team, and update CRM records accurately after each interaction.



Daily responsibilities include following call scripts when appropriate, handling objections, nurturing early-stage prospects, and collaborating with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting. The role also requires meeting or exceeding call, conversion, and appointment-setting targets while maintaining a courteous, service-oriented approach in all communications.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken English, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
Experience in outbound B2B calling, telesales, or inside sales, with a proven ability to handle high call volumes and overcome objections.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools and basic comfort with using digital productivity platforms for remote work.
Solid understanding of B2B lead generation concepts and interest in personal branding, social selling, or modern sales
