Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Partnerships Executive to build and grow FreJun’s partner ecosystem across reseller, referral, and integration partnerships. You will own the partner lifecycle from prospecting and acquisition to onboarding, activation, co-selling, and revenue generation.
Success in this role means building a strong pipeline of qualified partners, converting them into active revenue-generating partners, and driving consistent partner-sourced MRR. This is an execution-focused individual contributor role that works closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard reseller, referral, and integration partners across SaaS, CRM, IT services, agencies, and technology ecosystems.
Build a consistent partner pipeline through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Engage with founders, business owners, sales leaders, CRM consultants, and other decision-makers to present FreJun’s partner program.
Understand partner business models and recommend suitable reseller, referral,
or integration opportunities.
Negotiate partnership terms including commissions, margins, and revenue-share structures within approved company guidelines.
Coordinate partnership documentation, agreements, onboarding requirements, and internal approvals.
Conduct product demonstrations and partner enablement sessions to help partners understand and position FreJun effectively.
Co-sell with partners during their initial customer conversations and demos and help them generate their first sale within 30 days.
Build and maintain robust relationships with partners and identify opportunities for expansion and recurring revenue.
Track partner leads, opportunities, pipeline, conversions, and performance using CRM and partner management tools.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and customer handover.
