Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, position based in Hyderabad.In this role, the Sales Manager oversees sales operations, identifies new business opportunities, and manages key customer accounts in the packaging solutions market. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts,



and monitoring sales performance against targets. The Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities, provides market feedback, and supports marketing initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting demand, and mentoring sales team members to achieve consistent revenue growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or allied industries.
Solid skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals with corporate and SME clients.
Ability to develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
Solid analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
