Role Description The Head of Engineering at Aryupay will lead the engineering organization and be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the company’s fintech platform in alignment with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where the Head of Engineering will oversee technical strategy,



architecture decisions, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing engineering teams, guiding software development processes, ensuring robust security and reliability for financial transactions, and collaborating closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders. The role also involves establishing best practices, mentoring engineering talent, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement in technology, tools, and processes to support rapid growth.
