Role Description The Store Manager role at Miniklub Retail Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Agartala. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including sales performance,



visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and standards. The role involves leading and coaching store team members, scheduling staff, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring excellent customer service for families and children. The Store Manager will handle cash management, reporting, and coordination with the regional and head office teams to support promotions, recent launches, and local marketing activities. This role also includes maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging store environment, and implementing processes that drive profitability and store growth.
