Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand awareness for MansionHaus. Day-to-day tasks include managing online and offline campaigns, overseeing social media and digital presence,



coordinating with travel partners and agencies, and nurturing relationships with guests and key stakeholders. The Sales Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, track campaign performance, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves organizing promotional events, developing partnerships within the local community, and ensuring all sales and marketing efforts reflect MansionHaus’s values of sustainability and conscious hospitality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management to drive occupancy and revenue.
Experience in marketing planning, brand positioning, and campaign management across online and offline channels.
Strong digital marketing capabilities, including social media management, content planning, and performance analytics.
