We are looking for a technically strong and entrepreneurial leader who can build and lead this vertical from the ground up.

Position overview:



Senior Manager– ETP & ZLD Chemicals will be responsible for developing, scaling, and leading TerraMag’s industrial water treatment chemicals business. The role requires deep technical understanding of ETP, RO, and ZLD systems along with the ability to build products, solve customer problems, drive commercial growth, and create a high-performing technical and business team. This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the vertical.

Key responsibilities
1) Technical leadership
Lead the development and positioning of TerraMag’s ETP & ZLD chemicals portfolio.
Provide technical expertise in industrial water and wastewater treatment processes.
Support customers in optimizing ETP, RO, UF, and ZLD systems.
Conduct technical evaluations, site assessments, water analysis, and solution recommendations.
2) Business & vertical leadership
Build and scale the ETP & ZLD chemicals business as an independent growth vertical.
