About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Individual Contributor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience hiring across technology functions, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate the ability to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to offer management and candidate onboarding. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and HR stakeholders to build a solid technology talent pipeline and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and leadership positions.




Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and workforce planning needs.
Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technology talent across various channels.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioural competencies.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and candidate communication.
Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and successful candidate closures.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Technical Hiring

Recruit for a wide range of technical roles, including:
Cloud Engineers & Architects
DevOps Engineers
Software Developers
Data Engineers & Data Scientists
Security Specialists
AI/ML Professionals
Product & Project Management roles
Infrastructure & Network Engineers
Demonstrate strong understanding of technology skill sets, market trends, and talent availability.
