V-Rich Natural Products is a clean-label dairy and natural foods brand focused on delivering high-quality products with a strong farm-to-fork philosophy. Yogurt Alley is a consumer-focused dairy brand offering a range of yogurt and dairy products.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Visual Communication Designer who can translate brand strategy and creative ideas into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, packaging, retail, and social media.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable developing a visual concept, adapting it across multiple formats, and taking the final artwork through production.
Role Overview
This is a multi-channel design role supporting both V-Rich and Yogurt Alley. The designer will work across two distinct brand identities and be responsible for creating consistent, engaging, and production-ready visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
1.



Branding & Visual Identity
Develop brand assets, visual systems, design templates, and basic illustrations.
Create merchandise and other branded communication materials.
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Adapt creative concepts while maintaining each brand's unique identity.
2. Packaging Design
Design and adapt product labels and packaging across multiple SKUs.
Create artwork for retail, export, subscription, and promotional requirements.
Prepare accurate, print-ready packaging files.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for production requirements.
3. Digital Advertising
Create static creatives for Meta and other digital advertising platforms.
Develop creatives for QSR, quick-commerce, e-commerce, and marketplace platforms.
Adapt campaigns into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
4. Social Media
Design engaging static posts, carousels, and campaign creatives.
