About the Role
RiverEdge Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident, well-presented and communication-focused Presales Executives to join its professional real estate consulting team. The role involves handling inbound leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable real estate opportunities and supporting the sales team throughout the lead-conversion process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, preferences and investment objectives.
Provide accurate project/property information and explain key features, pricing, location and benefits.
Qualify prospects and maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads towards site visits and sales closure.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits,



meetings and further client engagement.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions in the company’s CRM/lead management system.
Achieve assigned lead-conversion, follow-up and performance targets.
Build strong client relationships and ensure a qualified customer experience.

Eligibility & Preferred Profile
Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–3 years or more of relevant experience can apply.
Good communication skills in both English and Hindi are preferred.
Candidates must be confident, presentable, professional and comfortable speaking with clients.
Experience candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, Investment/Financial Services or allied sales industries will be preferred.
Strong follow-up, convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
