Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct regular lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and digital channels. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their logistics requirements,



presenting tailored service solutions, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The individual will manage client accounts, ensure high service satisfaction, coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery, and prepare regular performance reports and market insights to support strategic growth.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including experience using CRM tools and outreach strategies.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction, presentations, and internal coordination.
