We are seeking a highly skilled APEX Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). This role requires advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and web technologies, as well as a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Write efficient SQL and PL/SQL code to support application functionality.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are implemented.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform enhancements for existing applications.
• Document solutions, processes,



and code for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Experience integrating APEX applications with RESTful web services and other external systems.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Extensive experience in delivering Apex solution for complex architectures involving remote database interactions.
• Strong expertise in APEX and PL/SQL concepts like dynamic data pivoting, advanced APEX_COLLECTION management, JavaScript-based APEX customisation, and custom AJAX callback processes.
• Retail domain knowledge or experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Oracle Database administration.
