Position Summary
The Trainer is responsible for performing all training-related duties, including pre-class preparation, curriculum delivery, learner assessment, and post-training follow-up activities.
This role requires delivering training across multiple subjects, systems, learner groups, and formats,



including classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and on-the-job training. The Trainer will be responsible for creating an engaging and impactful learning experience while providing ongoing support to associates beyond onboarding and current hire training.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with the Training Manager to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify learning requirements across employee groups.
Develop and update training content based on process changes, operational updates, and stakeholder inputs.
Deliver training sessions for new hires and upskilling programs for existing associates across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions, including:
Medical Coding
Charge Entry
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Payment Posting
Other operational functions
Utilize multiple training delivery methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, virtual sessions, and on-the-job training.
