We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cross Border Settlements Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's cross-border payment processes, ensuring timely settlement to merchants, and making real-time decisions regarding cash flow and pricing strategies. This role requires a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have banking or fintech exposure – particularly in FX & Pricing Logic. The candidate will also play a key part in automation of cross-border settlements.

Mandate Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, Finance, or a related field.




Experience with cross-border banking payments and Crypto transactions, particularly in FX & Pricing Logic.
Strong understanding of FX exposure, currency management, and international payment regulations.
Experience driving automation initiatives, e.g. partnering with engineering teams to build or scale platforms and systems is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, engineering, product, and business teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

International Remittance and Cross-Border Payment Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end settlement process for cross-border transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our merchants.
