Role Description The Unit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack, responsible for leading a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales and business development targets. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics,



and ensuring consistent achievement of unit-level goals. The Unit Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of advisors, provide ongoing coaching, and support their field activities to enhance productivity and customer reach. Daily responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring high service standards, coordinating with branch and regional teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires regular reporting, analysis of market trends, and implementation of initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and target achievement skills, preferably in financial services or insurance.
