We are seeking a agile and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive business growth for Mediwin Diagnostic Centre in the North Bengal region. Reporting to the branch in Siliguri, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue, achieving monthly targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding our network of collection partners. Key Responsibilities
Generate timely revenue through proactive sales and marketing initiatives targeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients in North Bengal.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing ones.
Market Mediwin's diagnostic offerings (pathology, imaging, and wellness tests)



effectively to channel partners, ensuring high conversion rates and repeat business.
Identify, onboard, and manage new collection partners (phlebotomy centers, labs, and collection points) to expand our service footprint.
Conduct market visits, client meetings, and promotional events to build strong relationships and promote brand visibility.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to develop targeted strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales pipelines, target achievements, partner performance, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with the Siliguri team and other branches (e.g., Kolkata) for seamless operations and referrals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain ethical marketing practices.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in healthcar
