About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and commercially sharp Brand Manager to lead our Kids & Baby Clothing division (newborn to 2 years) for global markets. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales — owning the full journey from range creation and buyer presentations to e-commerce launches and order planning. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, fast-learning, data-aware, and excited by the opportunity to build a premium infant wear brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :
Market Research & Range Creation
Conduct in-depth market research for newborn to 2-year infant wear across global markets (AU, EU, US, ME). Define seasonal range architecture, identify trend opportunities, and translate consumer insight into actionable range plans.
Range Planning & Team Collaboration




Partner with the design and merchandising team to build season-wise range plans with category splits, price points, and size ratios. Own and circulate submission timelines for customer presentations and fair bookings.
Catalogue & Marketing Content
Lead the creation of seasonal order booking catalogues, lookbooks, product photography briefs, and all supporting marketing content. Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
Execution & Delivery Oversight
Oversee bulk production progress, coordinate with vendors and QC teams, and ensure on-time delivery against confirmed purchase orders. Manage escalations to prevent delays.
E-commerce Listing Plan & Launch
Develop and execute product listing plans across Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart and international marketplaces. Manage content quality, launch calendars, discount setups and catalogue health.
Sales Reporting & Order Planning
Prepare weekly and monthly sell-through, margin and inventory reports. Analyse running vs. non-runnin
