Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of logistics clients, focusing on ocean and air freight, customs clearance, and warehousing services.



Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, building long-term customer relationships, and negotiating contracts and pricing. The role involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The Sales Manager will also be expected to mentor sales team members, uphold company standards in sustainable and compliant logistics practices, and represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.

Proven experience in sales management, business development, or account management within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
