Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Teachers specializing in Public Speaking and Communication. In this position, teachers will design and deliver engaging online lessons that build learners’ confidence, clarity, and presence in spoken communication. Daily tasks include planning curriculum and lesson content, conducting interactive virtual classes, guiding learners through practice activities, and providing constructive feedback on presentations and communication exercises.



Teachers will also assess learner progress, adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs, collaborate with the academic team on course improvements, and maintain accurate records of sessions and outcomes. The role may involve creating digital learning materials, participating in training sessions, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall learner experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating interactive sessions and coaching learners in public speaking and communication.
