Brief Job Summary

The Relationship Manager for Medchel will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within the healthcare sector. This role requires a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of client needs to drive business success.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing Medchel clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Proactively identify client needs and propose suitable Medchel products and services to meet those requirements.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore recent business opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective problem resolution.
Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver accurate reports on client account status, sales forecasts, and relationship health.
Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Represent Medchel at industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (X+ years) in a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
