Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the LB Nagar region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for the LB Nagar region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with prospective clients.
Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.




Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies.
Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to optimize profitability.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for the sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales force.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the LB Nagar market and customer base.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
