Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Khammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in the Khammam region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues.




Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services and industry best practices.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Khammam market and local business landscape.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
