Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in LB Nagar. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to identify their financial requirements and offer appropriate products and services.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and financial services to effectively advise clients.
Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, identify evolving needs, and recommend suitable adjustments to their financial plans.
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.




Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
Prepare and present reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services or sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Results-oriented with a solid drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
