We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Siddipet region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing a sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base in Siddipet.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
Identify and cultivate current business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and partners.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Strong understanding of the Siddipet market and competitive landscape.
