Role Description The Project Architect is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion. The role includes developing design solutions, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating submittals, and ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and sustainability goals. The Project Architect will collaborate closely with clients, internal design teams, and external consultants, including structural, MEP, and international partners, to align design intent with project requirements and timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, overseeing BIM models, participating in design reviews, and supporting construction administration activities such as RFIs, site visits, and quality checks. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to design innovation, and maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and environmental responsiveness.
