Overview

As an Account Executive for the IT-Enabled Services (ITeS) vertical, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers through their digital and AI journey. You will deliver solutions that produce measurable business outcomes and growth for both the customer and Microsoft, partnering with stakeholders to identify, design, and accelerate the initiatives that matter most to their goals.

Drawing on your understanding of the ITeS industry, its pressure on delivery margins, the drive to automate high-volume processes, the race to elevate customer and agent experience, and the move up the value chain from labour arbitrage to AI-led, outcome-based services, you will help customers explore emerging technology trends and shape a clear, shared vision for their transformation. You will coordinate opportunities across the customer, Microsoft, and partner teams, and work closely with both technology and business executives to build and continually refine their digital roadmap, keeping it aligned to long-term goals while delivering incremental value at every stage of the journey.

Industry Expertise - Apply your knowledge of the ITeS sector to shape a transformation strategy aligned to the customer's business outcomes — improving delivery efficiency, automating processes at scale, and enabling recent AI-led service lines. Challenge and guide the organisation through constructive conversations about their business and technology.
