Role Description The Admission Counsellor/Sr. Admission Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and families, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them through NISFS programs, admission criteria, and career pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conducting counselling sessions, explaining program structures and outcomes,



and supporting applicants through the application and enrollment process. The counsellor will maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, follow up with prospective learners, collaborate with academic and marketing teams on outreach initiatives, and contribute feedback to improve the admission experience. Senior Admission Counsellors may also mentor junior team members, support admission strategies, and help drive enrollment targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with learners, families, and internal teams.
