Overview

The Account Technology Strategist (ATS) is a senior technology leader responsible for helping enterprise customers in the IT Enabled Services (ITeS) industry accelerate their AI, cloud, security, and digital transformation journeys.

As a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders, you will translate business priorities into technology strategies and roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. Partnering closely with Account Executives, Customer Success teams, Solution Specialists, and ecosystem partners, you will drive innovation, technology adoption, and business growth while helping customers maximise the value of their technology investments.

This role combines executive engagement, industry expertise, technology strategy, and commercial acumen to shape transformational outcomes for customers and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

Customer Strategy & Technology Leadership

Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and virtual CTO.




Understand customer business priorities and develop technology strategies across AI, cloud, security, data, and business applications.
Lead executive briefings, workshops, and strategic discussions that accelerate digital transformation and innovation.
Assess customer technology landscapes and recommend solutions that improve resilience, security, efficiency, and business agility.
Provide thought leadership on emerging technology trends and industry best practices.

Business Growth & Customer Success

Drive technology-led business growth by aligning customer outcomes with Microsoft solutions and capabilities.
Identify and accelerate opportunities across AI, cloud, security, up-to-date workplace, and business applications.
Develop and execute adoption and consumption strategies that maximise customer value and long-term success.
