? Location: Madhapur / Ameerpet, Hyderabad

? Experience: Freshers – 2 Years

? Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA | ₹15,000/month

? Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote

? Qualification: Any Graduate | MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

? Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records and HR MIS
Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations

Basic understanding of recruitment & HR processes
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
