Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
✅ Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification (Mandatory)
✅ Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
• Spanish
• French
• German
• Portuguese
✅ Deliver engaging instructor-led training (Virtual & Classroom) on Microsoft technologies
✅ Strong AI expertise with hands-on experience in Claude and AI agent development is required.
✅ Solid presentation, facilitation, communication, and learner engagement skills
✅ Ability to deliver training to global audiences across different time zones
